Teachers from around the United States were selected to become ATTEC (Advanced Technology Environmental and Energy Center)Fellows for a 12 day trip to Alaska. We were charged with developing curriculum for virtual field trips through Google Earth. This is the blog of our trip.

I had to go to UAF in 2005 to deploy their HR recruitment system. It was very cold when I went in April, and with the time change and all of the work I had to do I didn't sight see. I did take a few pictures from the building I was in.
Fairbanks seemed really nice. I wanted to go to the North Pole while I was there but didn't get the chance.
